Camping TRIDENTE CONDITIONS OF BOOKING Our housing units and camping sites can be booked for weekly periods ** The beginning and end of the period varies on the basis of the accommodation option that is booked. Please choose the kind of accommodation and your period of stay carefully by consulting the price list. You can check availability by contacting our Booking Centre or through our web site. **During the low season, weekends and short stays can be booked in agreement with the Management 1) After our staff has confirmed that the accommodation is available, you will be requested to pay a Euro 300.00 deposit to confirm the booking. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard (only through our website) or by bank transfer specifying your booking number. 2) Use the following bank details: BANCA POPOLARE DI VICENZA IBAN: IT13 T057 2812 1000 2257 0381 079 SWIFT: BPVIIT22022 3) Camping TRIDENTE will mail a receipt for the deposit to confirm your booking. Please keep this because you will need to show it to the cashier to calculate the final amount. 4) Euro 15.00 are charged for booking expenses and this will added to the total at the end of your stay. 5) The booking confirms the accommodation option and the period of stay, wherever possible any special requests for camping sites or housing units will be taken into consideration. The Management, however, may change the number of the accommodation option assigned to you even after receiving the deposit and after sending the letter of confirmation. 6) Any cancellations shall be notified in writing, and shall include YOUR BANK DETAILS (IBAN and SWIFT-CODE). The deposit shall be refunded only for cancellations that are received at least 30 days before the arrival date, with the exception of booking expenses and bank fees. The deposit shall not be refunded for cancellations received after the aforesaid date. 7) The keys to the housing units shall be handed over from 3.30 pm on the agreed day. The accommodation option that has been booked shall remain available until 1.00 pm on the following day, after which it can be rented to others, unless any notification are received beforehand. 8) For housing units, a Euro 75.00 deposit is requested upon arrival. This sum will be returned on the departure date provided that no signs of damage have come to the attention of the staff. 9) Guests should leave the housing units by 10.00 am on the agreed date and for camping sites by 1.00 pm. Any extended stays may be agreed upon with the Management. 10) Guests arriving late or departing early shall be charged for the entire period that has been booked. 11) Guests with bookings must comply with the same camping ground rules. Dogs or other domestic pets are not allowed.
